Here you will find custom missions for IL-2 Sturmovik 1946

I (Raptor) have been playing IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 with other ANGST members for quite a while now.
At some point we decided that it'd be worth looking into the editor and come up with our custom missions
to create experiences that are neither easily found or present at all in the game.

At the time of writing, I am the only one in ANGST who creates missions so all files you find here will have been created by the same person unless mentioned otherwise.

I have come to pretty good grips with the ins and outs of the full map editor and the work I create is unconventional and fictional.
These maps might not appeal/work to/for you if:

• You are looking for historically accurate scenarios
• You play alone
• You play with more than 4 players
• You have not installed the 4.09B(eta) patch

Do note that I said 'might'!

The AI sometimes has a bit of trouble understanding what it has to do when it has to fill the places that were intended for human players on my maps.
And even though I do some research, I do not aim to write historically accurate mission briefings or scenarios.

However, all maps come with a storyline that is written in the spirit of the second World War!
